Yikes. Were you ever ordered to do something you knew was wrong, but because it was your job you had to go ahead with your orders? Well this is the case today where StatShark actually has a team (Dallas) that got manhandled at home by Detroit, New Orleans and Philly to win on the road. The Seahawks are not nearly the team of a year ago. While they have loads of talent, we all know how poorly they played in backing into the playoffs. Dallas ended the season miserably, but for a solid month they looked like the class of the NFC. The key for Dallas in simulations is their ability to pressure Matt Hasselbeck. They are sacking him nearly 3 times per simulation. With opposing QBs completing under 55% of their passes against Dallas, the Cowboys will hope that pressure will force some bad throws from Hasselbeck allowing them to win the turnover battle. If Seattle's defense struggles like they have all year, then Julius Jones and Marion Barber should have success. Ultimately, it comes down to Dallas's ability to play up to their potential and not forget their recent bad play, but to figure out how to correct the situation.
